Paying by M-Pesa

At checkout the client gets a payment prompt on their phone for the insurer’s paybill or till. They enter their PIN, and the payment is confirmed to the platform and receipted against the policy, with nothing to reconcile by hand.

Premium finance

Not every client can pay a year up front. Offer instalments on the terms you set: a deposit, then monthly payments with reminders before each one, and arrears followed up for you.
